Preliminary survey for dog separation anxiety

Through five simple questions, this test will evaluate if your dog may be suffering from separation anxiety. Based on the test, it is not possible to say for certain whether your dog has the separation distress syndrome. However, the test can be used to determine with a high probability if your dog has milder separation-related problems instead of separation anxiety.
